The Drake Building

This is a two-story building with elevators. The 102 units are as follows: 97 one bedroom and 5 two bedroom units. Drake Road Campus is on Drake Road between Grand River and Freedom Road.

Income Restrictions
The Drake Building offers a Section 8/202 subsidy. To qualify for this subsidy your annual income cannot exceed

One Person $24,450
Two Persons $27,950

Residents pay 30% of their monthly income. This includes heat. Residents pay their own electric bills but receive an allowance for electricity.

There is no meal plan available for this building. Resident must supply their own air-conditioner. Enhanced Services are offered at this location, on a limited weekly basis.
