The Gamma Building

Drake Studio Studio Drake 1 Bedroom 1 Bedroom Drake 2 Bedroom 2 Bedrooms

This is a two story building with elevators, the first floor units have patios. The 150 units are as follows: 50 studios, 90 one bedroom and 10 two bedroom units. Heating and Air-conditioning are included. There is mandatory meal service in this building with a minimum of 10 dinners per month See the meal plan page for details.

Two Persons $44,750

The rent is the basic rent or 30% of their monthly income, whichever is greater. Rent includes all utilities.
